Fees & Insurance Considerations

I do not work with insurance companies. I am an out-of-network provider, and because of this, I can spend more time with you and offer you treatment options that insurance companies might not allow. My attention is devoted to you, your goals, and comprehensive holistic mental health solutions, not insurance company restrictions and red tape. Additional benefits include having more confidentiality and privacy. 

Patients pay directly for the cost of each visit, and payment is due the day of your visit. For patients who have out-of-network benefits, their health insurance company may reimburse them for some of the treatment fees for a psychiatric evaluation and follow up appointments. We can provide you with a statement you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement/out-of-network benefits and/or keep for tax purposes. 

We think if you compare fees, you may find our fees are less than many psychiatry practices and often not that much more than paying deductibles and copays for in-network benefits. Other benefits include bypassing long wait-times and wait-lists for psychiatric providers who participate in an insurance network.
